Recently moved to Denver& need a pain mmanagement doctor who will make an appointment with no referral. Heard about a pain clinic that charges $200 up front & u send bill to your ins, but can't find it online.

I saw a post where someone was talking about a clinic in Denver where the doctor just asks u what has worked for you in the past regarding pain meds. Can anyone help me out with a name here?
