Hello, Doris! How are you? I understand your concern, many people worry, when they are prescribed multiple medications.
However, the relevant question is, while taking them, what are your blood pressure levels and your heart rate?
And how high was your blood pressure before taking them?
If someone's blood pressure is dangerously high, they are often prescribe multiple medications to bring it down safely as fast as possible to get them out of danger. Then once they are stable at a lower blood pressure level, medications can be stopped or changed, as needed.
