Alzam Tablet And Flu Medication

I'm on Alzam 0.5mg x3 daily. I have in the last month suffered flu symptoms, Aching body, Headaches, Blocked nose and coughing. I've been on Alzam for almost 2yrs. What safe medication can i use for my flu that wont counteract or have bad side effects in conjunction with Alzam? Thx.
