Alternatives To Sulfameth Trimethoprim 800/160 Tabs

I seek an alternative to above-named Rx aka Bactrim for acne purposes. Thank you for your suggestions.

Well, the one that's most commonly used now is Doxycycline.

Bactrim isn't actually recommended for it, because it tends to cause dangerous allergic reactions in too many people.
