Alternate Drug To Use Now

iam taking epitril 0.5 mg daily.recently i became pregnant and i want my baby to be safe.so i decided to stop epitril from that day onwards. iam getted depression, panic because of stopping epitril tablets. iam unable to sleep. please advice me tablets for pleasant sleep which would not harm baby or prescribe epitril tablet low doses that wont harm the baby. please help me

i asked my doctor she suggested me to use restyl 0.25 mg one tablet at night . she told me that it is a small dosage and wont harm my baby. please give me suggestion
