I am not sure what you are referring to with the word Alta, I cannot find anything listed under that name.

Pliva 433 contains 50mgs of Trazadone, a generic for Desyrel an antidepressant.

I did not find any interactions listed between Trazadone and Cymbalta, but I cannot check for them for your Thyroid caps without knowing, specifically, what kind of medication it is.
