Yes, this is safe for human consumption. It is manufactured by Qualitest Pharmaceuticals and could be one you'd receive from your pharmacy, if you went in to have a prescription filled.

The FDA classifies thus education as a Benzodiazepine and it carries the risk of being habit forming and could cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, headache and irritability.

However, you should not take it, if it has not been prescribed for you.
