So I got an infection on my leg. They gave me Sulfameth(Bactrim) I was on it for 7 days. This morning at 4am i took my last pill. It's now 11:14. Would it be okay to have a few beers tonight without enhancing the side effects? I just don't want to be miserable.

No, it could still cause worsening of the side effects, because an antibiotic actually remains active in your body for several days after you finish your course of treatment.
That means you could experience more nausea, dizziness and drowsiness than usual, as reported by the FDA.
