Allergic Reactions To Codeine

if you are allergic to codeine, but are unknowingly given hydrocodone for 3 consecutive doses, could that cause someone to have a mild stroke?

It's very doubtful, that's not a typical side effect of an allergic reaction. They usually include symptoms such as nausea, vomiting, hives, skin rash and swelling, as listed by the FDA.

What was the person being treated for and were they given any other medications?

steven it may cause if they are allergic to it as i had a mild stroke after taking med that i was allergic to it any drug can effect the heart and brain if allergic
