All The Tablets For Depression

i got telicular cancer 2 months ag o and i am finish the treatment.and all is good ,but i fell moody and deprressed lately,,,cause more bad news as well as money worries and not feeling good in my self.i no a lot of it is down to the cancer.but i feel i need some tablets for this depression,and i would like to no is the a good one somebody no abount,thx u dave
