Hi Kan,

Sorry to hear about your challenges with weight management. From your description it sounds to me like you may not be getting enough calories and/or nutrients through your diet in order to maintain a heavier figure. If that is the case you may want to look into seeing a registered dietician who can help you plan out meals to reach your goals faster.

However, regarding the use of Cyproheptadine, this is simply an antihistamine for treating allergy symptoms. So I have to wonder how do you expect it to help with weight gain?

There are plenty of appetite increasing supplements available OTC that you could probably find at a local health food store such as vitaminshoppe. Another option is medical cannabis if you live in a state that legalized its consumption. From my experience this is a great way to stimulate your appetite, but as I mentioned there are other herbal/supplemental options that may be easier to obtain.
