Can Alendronate cause a positive result for methamphetamine?

No, I've not found anything listing that Alendronate/Fosamax has been known to cause them.

This medication is used to treat or prevent osteoporosis and the FDA lists its typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, joint/muscle aches and exacerbation of asthma.

Are you on any other medications, even over the counter products?
