Alcohol Urine Testing And Hep C

Can chronic hep c (genotype 4) cause a false positive for alcohol urine screening (qualitative)? The ETG test shows negative for alcohol, but the other does not? Blood and hair follicle show negative as well. Obviously I'm confused and this VERY important! Please help!!!
