Sibutramine is widely marketed as an adjunct in the treatment of obesity and has been used to produce appetite suppression for the purpose of attaining weight loss in the treatment of patients with obesity. Sibutramine has a dual mode of action. It reduces one's desire for food intake and attenuates the fall in metabolic rate associated with weight loss. It's function of controlling appetite is very powerful and by that I mean, you do not feel hungry, and it enhances excretion to clean up your GI waste at the same time. The stomach wall will absorb your fat at the same time. So eating less, cleaning up waste and absorbing fat is a three way action that works together to achieve weight loss.

oh btw this us my first day on the pills.. I took the two pills before breakfast and I'm not hungry!!!! I used to eat alot throughout the day but not today I had a small bowl of cereal this am and a small bowl of tuna helper for lunch and a 1/2 in square of fudge for snack. and I'm still good butt I an thirsty more

Bird the reason you r feeling muscle aches is because tthe fat is collecting to pull away from your body so it can be disposed of ,you will also notice little lumps under your skin.the haed aches r a warning you arent drinking enough water you got to drink water it helps dispose the fat. i had great success with demograss ive lost 30 lbs and it is fast too!! if you want to talk e mail me k? good luck?

Just an FYI I have Tried Raductil Pills 15Mg and they work Great- Another Great One is Yaduc and Just recently tried Alcachofa Pills 500mg. Just make sure to Drink plenty of WATER! Hope this Helps

I have been taking the alcachofa vials for about 7 days & i haven't lost any weight. I want to know what I can do to lose weight faster. How long do i wait to eat after taking the vials? is it better to drink it with tea or cranberry juice? I exercise for an hour & don't eat after 5 pm, & also I drink alot of water and eat fruits and vegetables. What can I do? And also, my stomach starts hurting after awhile.

I lost 15 pounds in a month taking the vials. Be careful not to take the generic type. it won't have the same effect. make sure it has the (vida) word in it.
