It sounds like you may be experiencing a hormonal imbalance, since coming off of it, which can happen. However, being that they are so painful, you should consult your doctor as you may need medical assistance to resolve this issue.
Other withdrawal symptoms, as listed by the FDA, may also include dizziness, headache, weight changes and irregular bleeding.
