Afraid Of Meloxicam. Compair Ibuprofin

I've been on 15 mg meloxicam daily for six mo. How much ibuprofen would equal one 15 mg meloxicam ? I would like to take less ibuprofen and get some relief,without taking as much nsaid. Thanks Jim.

Both of these medications are NSAIDs with the same risks, so you might as well take the Meloxicam as prescribed.

Common side effects may include nausea, dizziness, headache and stomach irritation.
