Af Diet Pills

I would like instructions on how to take this supplement. In the morning before meals, at night etc. The bottle just says take one daily.

Since it is a supplement, there really aren't any more specific instructions. If that's what they state on the label, then it likely doesn't matter what time of day you take it.

You should also be aware that as a supplement, this has not actually been proven to aid in weight loss.
