The drug you have is called Aerohist Plus, extended release.

It is a combination of a decongestant, antihistamine, and an anticholinergic. Decongestants relieve nasal stuffiness. Antihistamines relieve runny nose, sneezing, itchy nose and throat and itchy, watery eyes. Anticholinergics have a drying effect on mucous secretions. This combination medication is used to treat symptoms associated with the common cold, allergies, hay fever, sinusitis and other respiratory illnesses.
