Advise Required For Medical Treatment

I Have been suffering from stomach problem due to acidity and gas and it was found that i have H.Poly, so i have been given the medicine named Neuroday and normaxin, so kindly give us advise whether this treatment is OK. Before that i had been given the medicine named refaximine tablets.

I am 26 years old. and i have stomach pain in center. and 3 times loose stools in every day. doctor says that it is IBS.
and he gave normaxin, domstal o and colospa retard. taking these medicine i have lost my weight and i have tiredness and weakness. and now i have some hurts in right side bottom of the stomach. so please advise me for better treatment.
