Hello, Asma! How are you?

If your doctor feels there is no reason to worry, then you should relax and do as she instructs. While I know most women are told you have get your period each month and etc., so it makes you worried about it, having a regular period is only necessary, when you want to bear children. However, if you aren't trying to get pregnant and your exams have been normal, there's nothing to worry about, as explained by the NIH.

As a matter of fact, some women taking oral contraceptives deliberately skip their periods, so they have less of them each year and there are some procedures that can be done for women with very heavy periods that stop some of them from having periods altogether.

But if you're still concerned, please feel free to consult another doctor.

Is there anything else I can help with?
