Adipex Vs Adderall On Pain Management Lab Test

I have been taking adipex for about 5 months now and I get a urinalysis test every month for my pain management dr. I do suffer from ADHD and I'm currently waiting to be put back on on adderall. I have started taking an old prescription of adderall and not the adipex. I have a test coming up in a few days and I'm wondering if my test will show up the same as if I'm taking the adipex? Every time I look something up I just can't seem to get a straight definitive answer!
