Adderall Urine Test Tomorrow

My boyfriend is 33, weighs about 120, 5'7 and does construction. He took 120 mg of adderall within a 24 hour period, will he pass a drug test 96 hours after last dose? These were 20mg each, 6 tablets. These were not xr.

Hello! I am prescribed adder all 30mg twice a day, however I have been taking 150mg everyday. I am aware my dr will test me now and again to test my levels. How many days in advance to my dr appt should I stop to bring my levels down.

Hi Heather,

I know this is an old post. But I hope this helps someone else. I basically did the same thing. And I was three and a half days with it out of my system. And I passed. No problem it was not in my urine. So your boyfriend should be a okay. No worries. Always remember it only takes 3 days for Adderall to leave your system. Long lasting maybe four days. But short-acting is 3 days. Have a great day.
