Generally, that is not advisable, because you'd basically be mixing 2 conflicting medications. The Adderall is a stimulant and the Percocet is a narcotic that's basically a downer. This can cause bad reactions in your body, because it doesn't know which one to respond to and may go into shock.

Both also carry the risk of being habit forming and could cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, headache, irritability and constipation.
