Adderall that is dispensed by a licensed pharmacy in the United States is required by law to bear a marking or imprint for identification. Without that I can almost guarantee it to be counterfeit. Whether or not it works is another story, but I probably wouldn't take something like this that I couldn't verify by any means other than a lab analysis. Anyone could put anything into a blue and white capsule and call it whatever they want to call it - just saying. That said, it could either be foreign, counterfeit, or some OTC substance under false marketing; but none of these options should be worth the risk in my opinion. I think it's better to play it safe and discard it depending on where or who you got it from...
