Adderall 30 Mg Urine Test

Hey! I have many problems with my neck and upper back and had been on Percocet 10/325 for about a year After having 2 cervical and 1 thoracic surgery for herniated discs and bone spurs and also was told I have terrible osteoarthritis of the spine! I'm 45 and they say I have so much arthritis I have a spine of an 80 year old! Anyway I had not slept in 48 hours due to so much pain in my neck and had an appointment with a PM doctor the following day, well the day before my appointment with this new doctor I was so tired but I knew I wouldn't be able to sleep yet again because the pain was so excruciating so I asked my mom if I could take one of her 30 mg aaderall pills so I could have enough energy to get through the day and night before my appointment! I've never used one of those but I knew if I didn't do something I was afraid I would finally pass out from exhaustion and miss this appointment that I so desperately needed! Anyway she gave me one and I took it around 11 AM the day before my appointment and I did not even think about a drug test or that that medication may show up but my doctor put me back on oxycodone without the Tylenol this time but I did have to do a urine sample and that was done about 24 hours after taking the adderall! They gave me my RX and let me go and never said anything about my drug test! My question is when they do these urine drug tests do they test for anything and if so would that adderall have shown up in it? That's the only time I've ever taken that and I'm no addict of any kind! I had tried to not go back on any mess after my surgeries but even though they helped my pain for the herniated discs, the arthritis kept me still in a ton of pain and that's why I chose to go back and try pain management for that ! Do they normally do the test results before giving you the RX or talk to you about it on your next visit? Please I need someone's help to let me know if this test would have shown this adderall and if it would've been done while I was there!! If it did show up I need to be ready to explain why that was in my system and that that's the only time I've ever taken that and the reason I did! This PM doctor has also had many back problems along with surgeries, injections and mess himself and seems to be a very caring doctor so I'm hoping if this did show up and I give him my explanation and they check me again and see there wiint be any adderall that everything will be ok, because I hurt so bad from the base of my skull to the top of my first lumbar vertebra and without pain mess I'm constantly using a tens unit all day and have severely burned my neck and back but I can't function without it unless I have pain mess and he saw this himself! Sorry this is so long I'm just really concerned and would greatly appreciate any helpful info anyone can give me!! Thanks in advance!!

Taking that Adderall could cost you pain management. But if you hadn't signed a pain contract with this Dr, you may have gotten by with it this time
But. you won't again. Adderall shows up as an Amphetamine on a drug screen. It doesn't matter that you only did it once or that it was your mothers. Your mother could lose her Adderall if her Dr found out that she gave you one. Giving someone a controlled substance that is not prescribed to them is against the law. Testing positive for amphetamines if you don't have a prescription for it is illegal drug use.

Most pain drs do drug test patients on their first visit. They also test randomly after the first visit.

If u don't test positive again, u will be ok. My doc said their tests are quite detailed, as i had bladder infection & was taking red pills which negate a bacterial test. So they also test for ur needs of the drug prescribed, if not taking & selling...
