Adderall 20 Mg 4 Times Not Enough

I am on adderall 20mg 4 times a,day for ADD and fatigue...adderall is generic and ir was curios if I ask shrink for an increase to 30mg 4 times a day or stick at 20 mg and add in ritalin 10mg xr 2 times a day sometimes I am falling asleep around 4pm and can't take an adderall or it will throw it all off in how many I have.

Have you tried the time released Adderall XR?

It may work better for you than the regular release.

The FDA classifies this medication as a stimulant, so it carries the risk of being habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, headache, irritability, weight loss and anorexia.

Most doctors won't let you mix more than one medication in the same class, so you'll most likely need to stick with the Adderall.
