I have ADHD. At the moment I use paroxtine but that does not help. So I will try adderall xr 20 mg time relaeses capsules for adults. At the moment I am verry depressed, and the whole I feel bad. And I can't concentrate. Let me try for a month. Plese help.

You need to talk to your dr. If you have ADHD and aren't receiving proper medication that could cause the depression and/or the depression to worsen along with the ADHD symptoms.

The ADHD class of meds Work Differently for someone with ADHD that they do for someone who doesn't have ADHD.
