I'm experiencing heart beat,nervousness,feeling hot,body shaking ,soar through, tiredness,body aching .is this normal or what or its because of the sleeping (adcoalzam )

Yes, the U.S. FDA does list those as being possible side effects of this medication, along with nausea, and irritability, it also carries the risk of being habit forming.

How long have you been taking it? Are you on any other medications?
