Adco Bisocor contains the active ingredient Bisoprolol, it is a beta blocker that is used to treat hypertension and cardiac conditions.
I am afraid it is only available in 5mg or 10mg tablets, so if your doctor wants you take less, you will have to cut the tablet.
It may cause side effects, like: nausea, headache, dizziness and drowsiness.
