I have been taking methycobal 500MCG and neurobion tab but not much relief. Any better medication?

Both of those are actually only nutritional supplements, so they will only help if your condition is caused because you are lacking in some vital nutrient.

Since such a thing is not what causes Carpal Tunnel, it is not really that surprising that you have not gotten any relief.

Have you tried anything else?

There are some other medications that actually work for pain that may help.

Such as opiates:

or muscle relaxants:

Many cases of Carpal Tunnel require bracing and surgery:

Has your doctor suggested anything?
