Acetyl L Carnitine

I suffer with TMJ disorder. I am taking acetyl l-carnitine, probiotics, and nerve shield. None of this seems to be helping me. I don't know what else to do. Please help me!!!

Since these are just supplements, I'm really not sure what you expected them to do to help TMJ.

Have you been diagnosed with it by a dentist?

If so, what treatments did they recommend?
