Acetaminophen White Round Pill Hydrocodone Vicodin

The round white pill with 5161 on it can it cause drowsiness or cause you to be dizzy?

There is no Acetaminophen in this tablet, it contains 7.5mgs of Hydrocodone and 200mgs of Ibuprofen, it is a generic for Vicoprofen.

And yes, most narcotics can cause dizziness and drowsiness as side effects, along with dry mouth, nausea and constipation.
