This tablet contains 300mgs of Acetaminophen and 30mgs of Codeine, this is a narcotic pain reliever.

Some of the most common side effects include: nausea, dry mouth, drowsiness and constipation.

hi the other night i got all numb on my left side paramedics said b p was like 200 over 160 thats close anyway. they and i and the dr. thought i might be having a mini stroke. it is just now reading about the tylenol 3 with codiene would cause this effect it was takin hours earlier in the day could this cause a b p spke late at night i go to the va i had back surgery in o6 and now have reinjured my back the dr says theres no way it could be hurt with the metal in there that was l-4 s-1 couldnt i have injured it above the fusion i aint no dummy i know how my body acts i put up with the first injury from 1990 to 2006
