If it doesn't list anything else and only says Acetaminophen 500mgs, then that is most likely all that it contains.
However, I'm not finding anything listed under this imprint, or this NDC code. Can you please double check them and post back?
The FDA classifies Acetaminophen as an analgesic and its typical side effects may possibly include nausea, dizziness and headache.
