Acetaminophen 325mg And Ibuprofen 200mg

Can I take 1 advil (ibuprofen 200mg) and 2 alka seltzer plus (acetaminophen 325mg each) together? My head and body are achy, my whole body is hot but im cold, I feel nauseous and like I have a fever so I think I might be getting the flu.

Why do you feel the need to take both?

The Alka Seltzer Plus should help with all the symptoms you've mentioned, but you should always check with your doctor to make sure that it's safe for you to take.
