Acetaminophen 325 Mg Phenylephrine Hcl Chlorpheniramine Maleate 2 (Top voted first)

I used to buy these at Sam's Club, in a 2 pack of bottles with 150 caplets in each. I need to know if there is anywhere else I can get them packaged that way, or it least 1 bottle. In lieu of that, where can I buy them in the largest quantity? Per my Doctor's approval, I have to take them 3 times a day, all the time, and packs of 12, or even 24 tablets get really expensive, not to mention aggravating to open for my "senior arthritic fingers".

The only way you'll be able to purchase a quantity sufficient to take that many a day, now, is if your doctor writes a prescription for them. Such medications are purchase restricted to prevent their abuse.

Side effects may include nausea, dizziness, irritability, insomnia and nervousness.
