Aceclofenact+ Paracetamol+serratiptidose

does taking tablets containing aceclofenact+paracetamol+serratiptidose salts in the first trimester of pregnancy affects the featus adversly?

These are all used as anti-inflammatories to treat pain and swelling.

I know in the U.S. nothing more than the Paracetamol/Acetaminophen is generally recommended from this class during pregnancy.

Many medications do cross over to the fetus.
