Aceclofenac And Paracetamol Tablets

I am currently suffering from swelling in my lower eyelid so I was wondering if aceclofenac & paracaetamol tablets can help relieve the pain. Can I also get the dosage amount I should take if so.

They may help with the pain, since they are analgesics, but only your doctor can tell you how much you should take and it they are really appropriate. The FDA lists the typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, increased risk of bleeding and stomach irritation.

What has caused the swelling and is is just one eye or both?
