About Side Effects Of Folart Folic Acid

hello..just call me ghie..is it safe to take folic acid folart 5mg..im just turning 21yrs old ..and i dont have the plan to get pregnant..now..i just take it..i've search vitamins needed for 20-25years old women..and i found out that folic acid is needed for my body..i take it before i sleep at night..thank u..does it have side effects? so that i can stop taking it..GODBLESS

The FDA lists this as a nutritional supplement and other than possibly nausea, if it's potent, no other side effects are known if you're taking the recommended dosage.

Have you tested low in it?
