Hi bonnnie,

From what I could find, "Health A2Z" is the name of the manufacturer. Walmart shows that they make extra strength pain relief PM tablets that has 500mgs of Acetaminophen (for pain) + 25mgs of Diphenhydramine HCL (as a sleep aid).

They also have what's called 'non-drowsy allergy relief tablets' that reportedly contain 10mgs of Loratidine (an antihistamine). However I have yet to find any specific details on the combination you mentioned that contains Acetaminophen + Cetirizine.

Is this something you've taken before?
