Updatedhow long after exp. date can you use them

Hi, Lori! How are you?
These contain 500mgs of the antibiotic Amoxicillin and you really shouldn't use them, at all, once they are expired. They start to lose potency after the expiration date and that creates the risk of developing antibiotic resistant bacteria.
Additionally, that risk is greater if these are leftovers from an old prescription and you don't have enough to complete a full course of treatment.
Learn more Amoxicillin details here.
It is best to see your doctor for a new prescription.
Is there anything else I can help with?
