A Substitute For Clopidogrel

Since I started talking clopidogrel 3 months now my hair is falling out by the handfuls. Is there a substitute for clopidogrel.

Hello, Wayne! How are you? I'm sorry about the hair loss.

There are other options you can try, but most of them can cause hair loss as a side effect, so there's no guarantee that switching will solve the problem.

Along with hair loss, other side effects, as listed by the FDA, may include nausea, dizziness, easy bruising and increased risk of bleeding.

But you could ask your doctor about trying something like Brilliant or Effient. They should be able to prescribe an appropriate alternative.
