I've been very skinny the whole of my life, I am 26 and weigh 60kg. I'm healthy but just need to put on some weight. Everyone is on about proteins for muscle gain. However, I think I need more fats than I need muscles. I have tried eating a lot but it still does not work. Can you advise me on any pill or anything else that would help me gain a lot of fats please?
