yes, we use all the time for those who did well on the oral form of zyprexa but fail to take pills daily. Our clinic has seen incredible results, even better than expected from the oral form as it states it is exactly the same. I have patients now starting part time jobs where that would never have been a possibility even with the oral olanzapine.
