Zubsolv Reviews (Page 7) (Top voted first)
UpdatedHas anyone tried it?
I know these are an old post, but the DR's who say they are the same drug and any difference is mental can bite me. Been on both due to insurance. On Zubsolv for a week now. Having slight withdrawals, not bad, but still. Also the side effects for me are much worse. Bad hangover type effect. This is probably from just starting the drug again. But yes!!!! Next Friday I will be back at Dr to get Subs....They work much better for me. Zub may work better for others. But don't listen to these "DR's" on here, and pharmaceutical reps trying to push their drug. Someone posted it's like comparing Coke to Pepsi. So if you have the opportunity, take the Pepsi Challenge! But I bet you pick Subs!!! Even the clinic told me "Your not gonna like these as much, but it's only a week". I didn't ask her, she just volunteered this info.....I don't remember ever going to 7-11 and the cashier telling me "Hey buddy, you might wanna go back there and grab a Coke instead".
Yes, personally I prefer suboxone. It is wayyyyy better FOR ME. ( and many others)
Lol at these positive reviews. They all look so fake. Please. Look at how many bad reviews there are on zubsolv. It doesn't work. Quit trying to sell something that doesn't work. The word is out, its over.
I'm sorry but it is not the same and this isn't in my head! LoL
The question I previously asked was intended for Dr. Elliot, but if anyone has something to say that's great.
Hi so are you taking 3 a day the 5.7??? I just started these yesterday for induction, first time ever on bup of any kind. I dont wanna type a huge story again, so long story short the doc said take 2 a day and come back in 2 weeks. They work awesome, but i feel like i need 3. I star having cravings pretty bad around 5 to 6 hrs after i take it. thanks
No, you shouldn't. Can you get your doc to switch you to the strips?
Hate to even ask this but how is that possible ? If a 1.4 mg will effect me the same as an 8 mg, what is the purpose of even making an 8 mg or a 12 mg ? I know the mind has a great deal to do with how i perceive the meds are working ,Dr just changed me from 8mg suboxone 2.5 strips a day to zubsolv 5.7 mg pills 2.5 a day ,,I find that the subspace doesn't last as long
The government (controllers of humanity) don't give a flying **** about the lives of anyone but their own and possibly thier offspring, therefore yet another law is being forced upon the huge amount of sucessfully recovering pain med victoms and now as of july 1st2014 noone can get more than 2suboxones per day and that only6months.its obvioisly proof of pharmasudical companies throwing money into our goverments(controllers) pockets.THEY CAN'T STAND TO SEE SO MANY OF US EASILY END OUR DOWNWARD SPIRAL OF THE PHYSICAL ADICTING HELL THAT THIER DAMN PILLS HAS PUT ON US.WITH ONLY 2 A DAY THEY KNOW THAT THE POLICE,THE DRUG COMPANIES AND ALL INVOLVED ARE LOSING ALL OUR MONEY DUE TO THE GREAT SUCESS OF SUBOXINE.THEY WANT US TO EITHER GIVE THEM OUR MONEY OR DIE,suffer,or whatever it takes to get us all strung out again and they don't want us to have A WAY OUT. IN TENNESSEE KELSY IS THE EVIL ONE THAT HAS DONE THIS. IN TENESSEE U CAN GET 5 ROXYS AND 3 OPANA A DAY BUT,ONLY 2 SUBOXONES. THAT'S FREAKING NAZI LIKE SATANIST COMMINIST OVERPOWERED BULLS***. THEY NEED TO BE STOPPED. NEXT THEY'LL CONTROL EVERYTHING DOWN TO THE MUSIC AND CLOTHING WE WEAR AND ENJOY. "THE CONSTITUTION IS COMPLETLY GONE. NOW A H ADDICT HAS NO SAFE WAY BESIDES HOSPITALIZED24/7 CARE DURING DT,S. THEY'VE DONE FORCED H TO HAVE A COMEBACK WITH ALL THIS PILL CONTROL. NOW THEY WANT TO TAKE AWAY OUR SAFE WAY OFF ALL THIS STUFF. AMERICA IS GONE. FREEDOM IS DETERIORATING DAILY. GET TO ANOTHER COUNTRY WHILE U CAN. "I DEFECT" FROM AMERICA
Just like a lot of you my insurance put the hammer on my subs also and switching to these new Zubsolv tablets. I'm currently taking 2.5 8mg films a day and wondering if any of you need to wait a period of time between the medications? Has anybody else gone from this dosage from films to these new pills yet?
Plz try suboxone it changed my life bee on opiates for almost 15 years and have been clean about a year now with suboxone i dont even crave drugs anymore life saver
Doesn't insurance cover the cost? I pay $35 a month for 60.
It is pretty weird that most of you guys are saying , you had to switch to zubsolv because your insurance wont cover suboxone anymore , i even seen someones UHC insurance wont cover the suboxone either. I find that strange because i got out of inpatient rehabilitation on july 7th and they left me with a prescribtion of suboxone. When i got home i had a letter from my insurance stating that, they are covering me for suboxone until october 7th . Now about a half a month after july 7th i went to a doctor to renew my suboxone prescribtion and asked him to write me a script for zubsolv and he did. When i went to fill it a few days ago they needed pre-authorization and ive been waiting almost 5 days for an answer so i hada go back to return the prescription and get a new one for suboxone because my UHC insurance is saying suboxone is the preferred drug. I still have a script for 7 zubsolv from the first doc i went to that i can no longer see because hes 2hours away . Im still waiting on an answer but i still dont know if its worth getting or if i should just stay on suboxone. Everyone has been hyping up zubsolv and on here everyone is putting it down . Also are u able to fill a prescribtion of Zubsolv and Suboxone in the same month ? And if so will your insurance cover it?
I am currently on subutex. It is not illegal. My old suboxone dr tried to tell me stories about subutex. I think they get more money for prescribing suboxone over subutex. Either way, I used to get the headaches from suboxone as well. It was the naloxone in it. I also broke out in a rash. Subutex is a dream medication for me. Much cleaner feeling. I can't even tell I'm taking anything.
I hear ya there! I've been through enough and now having to switch to zubsolv, get my dose cut and having issues with it, as I am nalexone sensitive...was spitting the sub out after it dissolved. I tried that with the zubsolv, and felt horrible! I now have headaches and stomach problems again and I'm also worried that cravings will start, especially if they deny my claim to get 90/mo! I've been sober just over 3yrs, and don't ever want to be back to where I was! I sure hope they do something about this, as they've got to be flooded with complaints and appeals! For everyone who is truly trying to stay sober, I hope and pray for all our sakes that something is done about this!
I don't mind at all dealing with the side affects, I can adjust to that...I just received my denial of coverage for 90 in the mail today, which is what really gets me! How can they approve 90 suboxone but they want to make life miserable for the ones who are on a higher dose...for good reason! I guess I'll be sick and in pain for a while. I have 2 kids to take care of, my Dr made it very clear that he wouldn't recommend the drop in dosing, so I guess I'll just have to see what my options are and file for a 2nd level hearing! Like I don't already have enough stress in my life, now they're going to throw more instability at me?! It's absolutely asinine!
I was switched to zubsolv by my insurance co ( not the doc ) mind you. I failed on the zub and went back for an appeal and won.. Now I'm back in sub film 1 8/2 a day
Gonna try the change: You happen to be one of the lucky ones with you UH because that's what I have and they said no more Suboxone being cover. It was too expensive so that's why I switched to Zubsolv and thank goodness it works for me. Actually, I think these are stronger, I think the wording of the dosage makes it look less, but I've been cutting the 5.7 in half, then taking a 1.4 in the night. About sleep walking, the only drug I know of that will do that to you is Ambien. That's a very dangerous med for some people, they even blackout. SOBER STEVE: If the FDA would approve Suboxone and these meds, for patience with chronic pain, most of us wouldn't be in this mess. There are Countries in Europe that approve this for pain. Funny though, my doctor got me hooked on opiates but he also has a license to distribute Subonoxe. He has the system down, got you coming and going. He's one smart cookie,
I started zubsolv almost 3 weeks ago. This is my first time in any type of bup/nal combo. I have been addicted to opiates for over 10 years and recently was introduced to H. I was iv using opana er heavily up until the 1ST of June when I decided to go into a 30 day treatment center. I completed my 30 day's and came home and fought torturous cravings until I decided to go to a sub clinic. I haven't told many people that I decided to start taking subs for fear they would think it meant I was "using" again. But to me sitting in my bathroom with the door locked with a needle full of opana in my arm would be "using" again! So I don't beat myself up for deciding to go. Since I started on the zubsolv I have had very few cravings and the ones I do are mild and very manageable. I am very pleased with my personal results. Quick question though, does anyone know if TennCare pays for zubsolv? My doctor said something like they only pay if the medicine is prescribed to you from a doctor within the TennCare network and my doc is not.
Hey sober Steve it's not gonna work buddy I'm out already and will have to face the music when I call the Doctor
Tomorrow who is surprisingly very liberal if I get sick like several weeks ago and had to take a round of tussinex just said stop your subs take it as directed and go back on when your better but as of right now I'm in the early phase of as I call it the Percocet flu aching choughing and sneezing like I have been huffing a bagger on a snapper mower it's not the same thing I don't give a crap who says what the drug I'm getting now is not anything remotely close to subs say what you want the zubsolv is slow to act if it even does and leaves you needing another dose way too early and the onset of the flu is about 12 hrs from your last dose where I could go 2 days with subs before I cratered say what you want people if this works for you in my book you should be able to quit completely just my thoughts people no need to shout
