Zomic Has Expired Patent/when Generic

Zomig patent has just expired November 14, 2012. When will Zomic have a generic here in the United States.

It will likely take awhile yet, before a generic becomes available.

Even though the initial patent has expired, there are still ways that the company can get it extended and, even if they do not, companies that wish to manufacture a generic must go through the FDA testing and approval process.
