I filled my prescription with these in blister packs from india. They are generic zolpidem 10. One package was white and round pills with thin score line. Other package is smaller white rounds with wide score marks. All arrived from India. Fake?? ## I think they are real but if you chew, horrible taste! These don't seem to dissolve in my stomach well. ## Countless pills come from India, both legitimate and counterfeit alike. So unless you went through a licensed pharmacy there's really no safe way to determine if your pills actually contain what they're "supposed to" (outside of having the tablets analyzed by a lab). Re: post #1 - Thinking they are real and knowing they are real is a pretty big difference in my opinion; especially when it comes to trusting a foreign ...

I have been taking 200mg of Epitech at night together with two Ivedal sleeping tablets. I seem to suffer from sleepwalking/sleepeating and doing weird and wonderful things without knowing about these and only know about it when I am told in the morning. Has anyone experienced this and if so what has been the recommended "fix" for this? ## The likely culprit here is the Ivedal, it contains the active ingredient Zolpidem. It has been known to cause these types of effects, in some people and, at least in the U.S. and Canada, is warned about in the drug monograph. Taking 2 of them may be too much for you. Did your doctor instruct you to take that many? Epitec contains the active ingredient Lamotrigine, it is an anticonvulsant that is also used to treat mood disorders. It is not know...

I have 10 generic Zolpidem white round pills with imprint 4 on one side, 93 on the other (from Walgreens). Sometimes they seem to work. Sometimes they don't. The pills are printed two different ways (as you turn them over): 74 face up/93 face down and 74 face up/93 face up. Does it matter or am I nuts? ## Sorry! The above SHOULD HAVE read the imprint is 74 on one side, 93 on the other. ## No, it the difference in the markings doesn't really mean anything, other than that some pills fell into the stamping machine in a different orientation. That, however, does not mean that you may be crazy. Generics are allowed, under federal law, to differ from their name brand counterparts by as much as plus or minus 20% in the active ingredient. which is better - how do I know which one I have? ## Hello, Mickey! How are you? Which is better can depend on the person. Some people do better with the regular release that takes about 15 to 20 minutes to start working, but not everyone stays asleep with it, so they may require the sustained release. The FDA classifies this as a sedative hypnotic that is most commonly used for the short-term treatment of insomnia. Its typical side effects may possibly include nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, somnolence, hallucinations, funny taste in mouth, next day hangover-like effects and sleep actions. What are the markings on the pills you have? If you can post back with this information, I can check to see which formulation they are.

I have taken Zolpidem for about 10 years (10mg most nights). I live in Thailand, and I can get them from a pharmacy...although the quality seems to change. The latest ones are called Zopalet and have MP on one side of the white oval tablet (normal white 10mg shape like Sanofi style but these seem to be roughly-made and chalky, not smooth and shiny or well-made by the press machine). Does anyone know what these are? What they contain? They seem a bit different in action. Weaker and not pure either. I have a fat liver already so I want to avoid problems. What is the most common chemical in fake Ambien or Zolp? ## Bought these also, Pretty sure it's fake. Had no effect on me. ## I literally bought some of these tonight, in Bangkok.
