Hello, Colgan! How are you?

There is no specific time frame or percentage that I can give you, because it can vary from person to person, but eventually our bodies get used to anything we take regularly and it stops working as well, which means the dosage may need to be adjusted, or the person may need to try a different medication.

The FDA lists the typical side effects of Zoloft as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, dry mouth and weight gain.

Is there anything else I can help with?
