Hello, Elizabeth! How are you? I am sorry about what you're going through.

However, the first thing you need to know is that you will never 'stabilize' your blood pressure. It is always going to fluctuate, depending on what you eat, your medications, time of day, your activity levels and etc. It is never going to hit any certain numbers and consistently stay there.

What side effects have you been experiencing? The NIH lists the typical side effects of most blood pressure medications as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, increased urination and hypotension.

What blood pressure levels are you usually seeing?
