Zithromax And Bactrim
UpdatedI have been taking Zithromax for a stubborn sinus infection and have not gotten any better but actually worse, so my Dr switched me to Bactrim. I know that Zpack remains in your system for about ten days. Is it ok to mix them? Should I expect side effects?

You should follow your doctor's prescribing instructions.
The FDA lists the typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, diarrhea, non-allergic skin rash, and headache.
How are you doing, now? Has there been any change?
